1. Information we collect
Discord account: ID, username, display name and avatar, received when you sign in with Discord.
Steam account: your Steam ID, when you link your game character.
Gameplay data: species, growth, stats, in-game position, kills, deaths, playtime, parked dinosaurs and skins, reported by the game server.
Purchases: top-up amounts, status and history, plus the transfer slip image you upload.
Voice: if you use proximity voice chat, audio is streamed to nearby players in real time. We do not keep recordings unless a player submits a voice report for staff review.
Technical data: IP address and request logs kept by the web server for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
To sign you in, link your game character and show your dashboard.
To deliver grows, skins, parked dinosaurs, currency and membership benefits.
To show the live map, player counts and leaderboards.
To verify payments, prevent fraud and enforce the server rules.
3. Payment slips
Slip images are sent to our slip-verification provider to confirm the transfer, and a copy is stored on our server so staff can resolve disputes.
We never ask for your bank password, PIN or card number.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in, a temporary cookie that protects the Discord login step, and a cookie that remembers your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Who we share it with
Discord, when you sign in or join our community.
The slip-verification provider, only for the slip you upload.
Other players can see your in-game name, leaderboard stats and, when you are in a party, your position on the live map.
We do not sell your information.
6. How long we keep it
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records and slips are kept as long as needed to handle disputes and fraud. Logs are deleted regularly.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to unlink your Steam account, by opening a Discord ticket. Some records, such as payments linked to a ban, may be kept to prevent abuse.
8. Security
Access to player data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Discord account protected with a strong password and two-factor authentication.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. For privacy questions, open a ticket in our Discord server.
