1. Who we are
TH Legendary Isle is a community-run server for The Isle: Evrima. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Afterthought LLC, the developer of The Isle.
2. Your account
You sign in with Discord and link one Steam account to one Discord account.
You are responsible for everything done with your account. Do not share, sell or trade accounts.
Staff may unlink, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the server rules.
3. Server rules
The Rules & Info page is part of these terms. Breaking the rules can lead to warnings, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans at staff discretion.
4. In-game currency and items
RC, Relics, grows, parked dinosaurs, skins and other in-game items are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money.
Items may be changed, rebalanced or reset when the game or server is updated, or removed from accounts that are banned.
5. Top-ups and memberships
Top-ups and memberships are voluntary support for the server. Membership lasts 30 days from activation unless stated otherwise.
Payments are checked against your transfer slip. Submitting a fake, edited or reused slip will result in a ban.
Payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged but did not receive your items, open a Discord ticket within 7 days.
6. Acceptable use
Do not exploit bugs, use cheats, bots or automation against the website or game server.
Do not attempt to access other players' accounts or admin tools.
Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against other players or staff.
7. Availability
The website and server are provided as-is. They may be offline for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that progress is never lost.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
